Overwatch 2 Funky Doomfist Skin Highlight Intro Raises Questions
Overwatch 2 enthusiasts have stumbled upon an intriguing issue with the Funky Doomfist skin's highlight intro. While highlight intros have been a staple in Overwatch 2's cosmetic offerings, this particular Doomfist skin may need some fine-tuning. Overwatch 2 has seamlessly integrated cosmetics from its predecessor, allowing players to carry forward their collection of classic Overwatch skins, emotes, sprays, voice lines, and more. With an array of cosmetic options introduced through battle passes and the in-game shop, players have ample ways to express themselves. However, a recent observation by a Reddit user, Eastern-Chemistry-54, revealed an interesting discrepancy when pairing a specific Highlight Intro with Doomfist's new Funky skin. In a shared Overwatch 2 clip, two different Doomfist skins were showcased with the same Highlight Intro. Initially featuring the Bonebreaker skin with the Uppercut highlight intro, the video depicted Doomfist flexing his fist before executing the uppercut. Subtle as it may be, his clenched fist shook just before the dramatic maneuver. However, when the Highlight Intro was displayed with the new Funky skin, a noticeable difference emerged. With the Funky skin equipped, Doomfist exhibited significantly more fist shaking before performing the namesake move.
